Assessment Plan

This assessment plan is centered around strategies I used in my first year teaching 7th grade math. It discusses formative assessments used in practice from Keeley and Tobey’s text, Mathematics Formative Assessment (2011).

Philosophy of Teaching Students with Disabilities

During my ESP 701 class, I had to think critically about how to adjust my instruction to accommodate students with disabilities. This essay discusses what I learned in that regard, and also shows that many accommodations can be imbedded into regular class instruction to help all students, regardless of if students have disabilities in a specific classroom.
